d2pro9 not working with 3.3 update

yesterday it was working now i updated it the wii fw to 3.3 and now the chip won't load any backups. first the red light turned on and it wouldn't accept any disc. now the lights light on blue and red then turns off. what's wrong? i got a d2c chip

fw 3.3 is known to make allot no longer work try this

the 3.3 update does something to the 'Parental Controls' setting and if you go back into the settings and turn them 'off' backups now work !!! (Sometimes)
