D2proV2 + 1.4 Utility = Death?

I am very inexperienced at all of this but I can tell you that I installed my D2proV2 chip two days ago everything worked fine until I tried to update by DVD then it stopped read all burnt media it wouldn't even read the update disk I just used.Can any body tell me how bad I messed up

did you stop in the middle of flashing or something? perhaps you accidentally turned off your wii?

d2pro will bring out an update file for the d2prog that will update the SPI only.
Should be coming out in a week, or soonish, depends how busy they are with other stuff
I guess this is the only way to recover the flash if you cant read backups at all...
Pretty weird that it stopped working afterwards....ive done 50+ and they are all fine.
