Thanks, it's always nice to know you are not alone.

It appears there are several people having this problem and all ordered from OZ. One could assume they have a bad batch. I have a d2c v1 in my Wii, perhaps the issue only occurs with this batch and d2c v1 with a d2pro9v2? I'd be curious why these worked for OZ, perhaps they tested on a d2c2? I could guess all day long and still not be any better off.

OZ has tried to be helpful but they really do not have any answers yet. They report they have three of these on their way back to them now. I am waiting to see if they can determine the cause before sending mine back as well.

Maybe you guys should ask to be swapped for a Wasabi V2. There have been several reports of drives not accepting a V2 D2Pro9, but accepting a Wasabi V2.

Did you return yours? Do you have a d2c v1 also?

The ozmodchips return policy seems to be to test the chip and if it works they'll refund you minus postage. If it doesn't work they'll send your choice of a refund in full or a replacement. The chips originally worked when it left them so it is likely if they test the same way it will work. If they say it is working assure they test on the same type of machine that you have.
