You need to relax, my guess is you ordered late night on Friday. You know that there has only been 1 business day since ordering, right? Be patient!

So am I Wulfie, I ordered on the 29th, it shipped on the 30th, I contacted the guy like three times, and he keeps telling me that they'll have it by the end of the day. Today I called CCNow to have them contact Canadamods on my behalf, and I haven't heard jack shit about my tracking number.
Now I realize that I may be overreacting, and there's every possiblity that my order will be in my mailbox today - but I'm of the opinion that if you're so understaffed that you can't provide people with their tracking numbers within four days of the shipment date, you either need to hire more people or you might want to consider a new business plan altogether.
In any case, it should not be this hard to get a friggin tracking number

To escalate it to CCNOW this soon is ridiculous. Do you really have nothing better to do? Not many companies have people there right away to do your bidding. It will probably arrive shortly anyhow. If they say it shipped why not just leave it at asking them once, and waiting 2 days for it to arrive? You make it seem like they are out to rip you off.
Everyone complains about every company nowadays, and expects abnormally fast responses and information.
Try ordering from some other sponsors, or read up on them, ie. foundmy, and then see if you still complain - I have had far worse.
I ordered from Canadamods numerous times, and I sometimes do not get a tracking number, but get the actual ITEM either next day, or one day later, provided I was a REASONABLE PERSON and ordered first thing in the morning.
Also, it is evident you both did not read prior to ordering (go figure):
From Canadamods.ca in their clearly labelled SHIPPING section: Shipping Times: Depending on volume processing time takes 1-3 days, Shipping can take 1-10 days depending on location or unforseen delays. These are approximations only, your actual times may vary. On average most our customers receive their orders 3-5 days from the time they order.

[rant]Geezus, I ask a simple question and get my head handed to me on a platter. I guess it's a good thing I didn't order from YOU, eh? According to the ccnow website, which Canadamods uses for their transaction my order was recieved and shipped on the 30th. I've emailed Al and he wrote back saying that they use a 3rd party shipper, whatever it takes to pass on savings to the buyer. I guess I won't ask any more 'dumb/impatient' questions here anymore if that's how I'm going to be treated. I had hoped for a civil answer instead of a rant.[/rant]
