These chips are clearly useless now that nintendo has pulled the DMS/D2C/D2E chips from the drives... They don't want to make them any longer so put it in other peoples hands if they feel so.
D2Ckey and D2Pro can be purchased for very cheap now as they are EOL. It wouldn't be worth it to clone them unless you have a market for 1000+
