i didn't dig too much in WBFS format, but what i understand is that impossible to reconstruct original ISO by extracting from WBFS.
When you import ISO to WBFS, looks like it decrypt files and save them in plain-text format inside FS. It means, integrity of ISO is destroyed.
After extracting from WBFS you will need re-do whole ISO (ok, wbfs.exe does this part) and then re-sign it (by TRUCHA sign).
Probably Disk channel graphics also will be missing in such reconstructed ISO.
