I want to boot Twin Snakes also (don't have a chip tho). You could use the Gamecube Homebrew Launcher ---->
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii_Gamecube_Homebrew_Launcher . You can boot GC homebrew dols with it. I would try, but I'm scared I'd brick my wii. If you do try it, let me know!!
