Default Odd system files currupt message.

Ok so today I decided to install the custom IOS. No real reason really just wanted to have it ready for the day it needed to be used. I used the patchmiiV4 from here CIOS Patchmii Installer - WiiBrew since it was the most up to date. I then began playing some new games. I played Hell's Kitchen it sucked, The Price is Right it sucked, then back to SSBB. I loaded SSBB with ocorina to load the codes but the codes weren't detected. I figured I just forgot to put them back on the card when I changed over to my 2 gig card from my 1 gig. So I continued to play. I played for about 25 min when my daughter started crying so I had to tend to her and just shut off the system by holding the power button on the remote. I tended to my daughter, fed her, went to the fair, and came back home. When I got home I figured I would continue on playing. I turned the Wii back on and low and behold I get the "Press A to continue" screen then I press A and it goes to another screen that said the system files have been corrupted power off and contact Nintendo. I figured this was just a fluke and turned the system off and turned it back on. Again the same error. I tried 3 or 4 more times until I thought eject the disk dummy. I ejected SSBB by holding the eject button for 30 seconds then turned it back on. Blam it came right up after I hit A. I put the disk back in and the SSBB channel logo showed up. I started the game and it started fine. I went back to the main menu and messed around with some of the Virtual console games and they all played correctly. I turned it back off with the disk in and tried to start it up again and the same thing happened. The error returned. WTF. It will boot up with every other game in the disk tray except SSBB. Any ideas anyone?
