[nuke] has released a new version of his Gecko OS an operating system for the Nintendo Wii. Gecko OS can be used with or without a USB Gecko an enables end users without the USB Gecko to launch games/backups, use cheat codes and boot games from different regions.

When used with a USB Gecko the end user can debug and create their own cheat codes for games, take screen shots, manage GameCube memory cards and use tools to create backups, play music and load homebrew (including Gamecube homebrew).

This new version merges the Action Replay compatible cheat engine Ocarina with Gecko OS and adds support for GameCube games making Gecko OS the ultimate game launcher for cheaters and game hackers.

What's New?

1. Fixed ocarina, there was a bug in 1.06F handler making alot of codes crash the game.
2. Can now hack Metroid Prime 3 without crashing. Please Pause before dumping using the 'home button'.
3. General Code clean up and some minor bug fixes in the code
