Custom System Menu might now be necessary now since the Twilight Hack was the best and easiest method of using homebrew.
I would think it would be possible to remake the save file so that it cannot be detected as modified.
I don't understand why Nintendo would block trucha and not homebrew channels.
Guess it good that they didn't
