Aww man that's a bummer. At least there aren't any big games coming out soon, I have no reason to upgrade from 3.2 at the time.
Are there any people working on modified firmwares? I guess it would be possible to take new updates and remove the anti-homebrew measures. This would also be pretty illegal, though, so I don't know if it's something most of the homebrew community is really interested in doing.
