it's very difficult if you have a bricked wii =/
bushing method only works in semi-bricked wii's because,in that case,you can enter to the menu and start a update...

Try power-on the wii with + and - pressed and if you can start in maintence mode,you should be able to format the wii and recovery the menu and stuff

but i don't know if this work in a bricked wii.Bushing himself has declared that the recovery from a brick includes hardware work with a chip that can reflash the NAND memory
