Hmm... I've heard of people bringing theirs back from the dead if they can at least get to the "press A" screen...but try this anyway....
Download Bushing's Semi-brick fixer depending on your region:
USA -

Then patch the ISO with the Autoboot Creator which bypasses the Menu screen entirely, download it here,

After patching & burning the disc, turn your Wii off, and then pop in the disc to see if it'll autoload. It's worth a shot, let us know what happens.
