I think that not releasing it because of the public being too stupid is not a good idea! I don't need this right now obviously BUT there has been some things in the past that had big warnings on it and one broke my xbox when my computer froze working with the hard drive. I was pissed of course but i knew it was a huge risk so i was pissed at myself. If the warning is there, especially not hidden! then i think it is fine to release it. Don't save the public from them selves.
