IF that happens, then the answer is releasing a SAFE way to update firmware, NOT totally removing the system menu. The REAL answer would be to find a new way to install the HBC, NOT actually screw with the official firmware and downgrade. My understanding is that Bushing and Marcan are already working (or have ready) ways to do this without requiring such a dangerous and invasive procedure. There is no point in releasing them UNTIL Nintendo makes their move. Otherwise Nintendo can be like "oh so that's what they're planning, we'll cut them off ahead of time" ruining all the work they've put in.
