It's not, and if you use it you're a moron.

Essentially it deletes the ENTIRE SYSTEM MENU from your system. That sounds just peachy clean safe doesn't it?

Then it uses the WAD Installer to install an old system menu. Also peachy clean safe. Srsly. Wankydodo says so. He tested it himself so you KNOW it's safe.

Okay in all seriousness anyone who uses this is an idiot. There is NO REASON to do this. Homebrew works just fine on the latest system updates and downgrading will force you to not be able to play ANY new games. A+ idea right?

If ANYTHING goes wrong in EITHER process your wii is bricked permanently. That's kinda what REMOVING THE OPERATING SYSTEM for the ENTIRE WII will do.
