There is no need for a WAD uninstaller because just removing the ticket still leaves traces all over your wii. WADs of the HBC are not supported, and there will never be an official HBC Wad file.

yes there is a wad of the hbc but its just an uninstall wad, you cant use it to install hbc, just to uninstall it.
